The young lady with blonde hair at the front is always so helpful! (I don’t recall her name) Whenever I need a repair, she gets me in as quickly as possible and takes me right back! She's a big reason I keep coming back!
Jenna at the front desk is truly amazing! Every time I walk into Aspen Dental, she remembers my name right away and gets me checked in immediately. It's such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and shows how much she genuinely cares about patients. I've been to plenty of medical and dental offices where the front desk staff can come across as rude or uninterested, but Jenna is the complete opposite. This office definitely scored with her as a receptionist!
Got a cleaning. It was great. Anne from Parma Aspen Dental was very good. While she cleaned my teeth she was very polite. I am not too big on going to the dentist, but she made the visit a pleasant experience
Dr. O gave me the best dental experience I’ve had in 27 years of my life. He is so talented, helpful and considerate. Thank you so much!!!!! You’re the best!!!!
I went to get 2 fills and a cleaning, and Anne was amazing. She made me feel extremely comfortable, she was very patient and super gentle. She was familiar with me having M.S. and she talked through the process of numbing me and cleaning my teeth. She also played background music which was extremely helpful and she was very nice to talk to! Would always recommend Anne!
