The most professional environment, the entire staff were very attentive and helpful, excellent service and will always recommend Aspen dental ! The doctor was exceptional in all aspects.
This place is horrible. Patient went in for an appointment. He was early but the receptionist was on the phone so he sat down to wait. She didn't get off the phone until after his appointment time and then proceeded to tell him that they couldn't see him today because he was late. How is that his fault? Rudest office staff ever.
Aspen dental can thank the front desk lady who was working on 3/6/2026 for this one star review. She refused to give me her name or any way to submit a complaint against her. I hope this reaches the right people as I had no other choice. I asked to speak with someone else she refused. I asked to submit a complaint against her. She refused.
