Update! It always gets worse with these people. The crooks are at it again over a year later! Sent me a bill for 982.60 stating I have no credit or payment, no insurance filed, and I have receipts showing I paid 662.20 and 233.60. Now I have to deal with this all over again! Dr Simmons, T, Connie, Akima, Amyra treated me with respect, and made my implants a breeze. The process went smoothly. I am going to miss having Aspen in ooltewah, however i will go to Hixson so i can keep Dr Simmons as my dentist. Thank you Aspen.
I love Aspen dental I had plans to have dentures with another company but I gave Aspen a shot and they cleared it!! They're awesome they go above and beyond they call you they make sure everything's okay and if it's not they want to know what they can fix. Thanks Aspen dental!!
