Call with a dental emergency about a tooth they already know about, get an appointment, then call back to confirm and find out the appointment is a consultation and there is no intent to address it the same day. I'm glad I put my impending infected face in your hands
Was under the impression I booked x-rays and cleaning, only got x-rays. Paid $133 for 3 minutes with hygienist to review x-rays and then had to wait over an hour in the waiting room (they forgot about us) to book cleaning. They desperately need new chairs as the ones they have, the arms are wearing through the fake leather into the stuffing and there were still things out from Halloween (it's now March). Not impressed with office staff. However, the people in the back were very nice to my child and comforting.
I need my xrays i requested them to be sent via email. Now going on 3 weeks. When can I expect this to be done?
DO NOT SEEK DENTAL CARE FROM THIS OFFICE. My girlfriend got a tooth extraction and they pulled out a chunk of her jawbone along with gum tissue which will cause permanent damage. The dentist (Dr. Gary Minkowitz) sent her on her way saying everything went fine. Never mentioned anything about the damage he caused. She ended up in the ER 4 days later with a massive infection and extreme pain. When she called the dentist, they didn't call back.
