My husband went to get an infected tooth pulled. They told him they would clean his teeth prior to extraction. How in the world do you clean a tooth that is severely infected before pulling it. I am a nurse practitioner and this makes no sense! They are trying to up charge and get as many procedures as possible.
Where do I start? The after hours answering service was unbelievable! She was caring, concerned and listen to what was going on with me. My husband made the call for me because I was in server pain! She told him there were no available appointments but if I could get there early Saturday morning, they might be able to work me in. We arrived around 8:12 AM and the parking lot was full. The office staff and Dr. White are very professional and very friendly. My visit was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend others.
