I was thoroughly happy with Dr. Bookbinder's mannerisms. He was friendly andcourteous with me. The staff was very knowledgeable and took extra time to make sure I knew exactly what to expect. Would recommend Aspen Dental of Olean.

I went for my first appt today. Staff was friendly and informative. I got all of my xrays done and waited a pretty short time to see the dentist. I had no cavities and was happy for that. I was wanting to schedule for a cleaning. Dentist sends in the hygienist. She was very informative and explained a periodontal cleaning and the need for one. She sends me in to talk to financial. $1300 for this cleaning and this was in excess after my insurance. She got me pre-approved for financing for only $100 a month for 18 months with ... read more

I don't even want to give them one star. I would give a minus 5 stars if I could do it. The dentist was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Just down right rude and obnoxious. Got mad when I asked for an explanation of what needed done. Basically drove an hour got charged over $125 for no service.
