They will high pressure you into procedures and swear your insurance covers it 100%. Then charge you for expensive extreme cleaning. Some teeth needed pulling and they refused to pull them without this extreme unnecessary cleaning. I specifically asked them up front were they positive my insurance would cover this - they said "yes"! Then they left shards in my mouth from the extractions they did. All this...... Not professional

Aspen as a company is good however this location is the absolute worst. It takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes to even been seen. the front office (receptionist) is really rude. sometimes she can be nice but these last few times i’ve been in with my partner she has been really rude. However, the RDH Gabby i think it is ? she did a good job cleaning however she used fluoride without asking me and then told me to use my tounge and “spread” it in.. that’s really weird , i never had a professional tell me that. Aisha did an amazing job taking my X-rays. Very diligent, fast, but also patient with me! Dr. Kheiri also took care of me very well during my exam. He was gentle & informative on what the next steps in my dental plan will be. i highly recommend this location :)
People were friendly and informative answered all of my questions
