I was told when I made appointment that it was a new patient special. For xrays, cleaning and exam. When I got there they told me they dont do the cleaning. But I need a crown , fill and a deep cleaning for 2200 dollars. Won't be back.
I have MetLife dental insurance Every teeth cleaning, they tried to attach every little optional upgrade possible, even if it really isn’t required. Every time I go in, I have to ask for an itemized list for the teeth cleaning. I have to tell the person at the front desk and the person clean my teeth that my insurance does not cover fluoride treatments and if I’m not paying attention, they’ll charge me almost $70 for it. Overall, going to this place is a chore.
On my first visit they made me feel like a long time customer. I highly recommend them. I am pretty much at the end of my journey and they have bent backwards to make me happy.
Dr. Ahmed and Toby were spectacular! Could not ask for a better team. I felt understood and thats hard to find nowadays definitely coming back
