I am so pleased with my experience. I’m one of those people that’s so petrified of the dentist that I avoided it for far too long. I never felt like I was being scolded or lectured by them for putting it off, they expressed that they’re just glad I came and we will now take the steps to get everything back to where it needs to be. From the front desk clerk to the dental assistant to the hygienist to the dentist to the treatment coordinator, everyone I interacted with was so nice and understanding. I give 0 stars this place is a chop shop.. I am worse now than I was before I went to them.. sad, depressed and embarrassed to go out in public. My implants won't even fit my mouth.. they made me look like something out of a comic book.. im out almost 18 thousand dollars .. they hurt me at every visit after i complained that they did the wrong surgery, they drilled into my gums when putting the implant connectors on and missed the implant spot and had to stich me up they put cleaning solution in my mouth by accident they sta... read more
Very caring professional people. They deliver quick and smart solutions for your dental problems and with the high cost of dentistry these days, they will set up a pay plan for you. I have been going to Aspen Dental for a couple of years and I am very pleased and satisfied with them.
Where do I even begin. I went in for a tooth that’s been causing me problems. First appointment, I get told that I have to have an extensive cleaning done, 2 filling, and essentially a crown on the tooth that was causing me problems. I was told I could not do any dental work until I do this “debridement” cleaning. They quoted me for $1,200 to do all this work, even with insurance. Fast forward to crown.
