As with all doctors, we CANNOT replace their knowledge however, I'd like a BEHAVIORAL change implemented. Let's be clear, ALL staff are SO polite. The office is clean and the employees seem happy. I receive phone calls to remind me to be EARLY for my appt.--15 mins. I arrived at 12:15 PM which is 15 mins prior to my appt. I THEN was told, "OH, I was JUST gonna call you.
