I was very skeptical about going here since it wasn’t recommended by anyone. However, they had great customer service! They explained everything in detail and even helped me get dental insurance to lower the cost of the procedure I need. I was honestly very surprised. I may not like going to the dentist in general, but they definitely made it worth it!
Excellent experience. All the stuff are very friendly. They also have care credit installment plans to make things much more affordable. Overall, highly recommended.
Forced X-rays before being able to see the dentist. Hygienist swabbed something behind my teeth. Dentist looked into my mouth told me I had a cavity that would need to be repaired lest it break or something. Then another guy shows me a tablet with ~$5000 on top and $1688 on the bottom. The bottom he says is with insurance. I happen to know my insurance does not leave copays like that. Staff was very friendly and customer service was up to par. Very calm and pleasant atmosphere. I felt heard, appreciated and informed.
