I am giving a review for my deceased husband. He needed a new set of dentures. We went to Aspen Dental. They advertise if you are not satisfied they will make a new set. He went back several times for “adjustments” still uncomfortable. The last time he went in they dropped the upper plate and broke it, yes broke it!!!! He said he wanted a new plate especially since they advertise total satisfaction. They put a metal strip in to hold the plate together. What a way to run a business!!!! They don’t even deserve one star.
It was a horrible experience and the dentist did not listen to me at all. I went in for one tooth and he didn’t even talk to me about that tooth. Highly would not recommend
