Best staff I have ever had.
My first time there. I met the nicest bunch of people that work there.
Absolutely phenomenal team at this location. I have taken my entire family here and dealt with a wide variety of issues. From the front end staff to the back of the house everyone is full of smiles. The team was kind and compassionate with my children and communicated clearly with me so I could understand their plan of care. Prices/services were clearly explained. Highly recommend this location.
Practice without consent written or verbal. Doesn’t care if you have questions. Runs behind schedule. Horrible bedside manner you couldn’t pay me to go back. The doctor literally told me to go to my next appt covered in vomit after I gagged and puked everywhere repeatedly after he treated me without my consent. They have zero respect for their patients if a no star was available it would be that. A prime example as to why people hate going to the dentist.
Everyone... from receptionist to financial assistant was warm, friendly and caring. I am happy to be an Aspen Dental patient.
