Had an Emergency molar tooth situation... called around and found this office in New Caney, that accepted my dental insurance. There was a bit of a wait.. however.. 110% worth it. I have A LOT of anxiety surrounding dental work, due to past experiences. The dentist i received care from was DR. Trevino. She was a Temp doctor filling in at that location. However she was absolutely AMAZING. She worked with me on breathing through the procedure and was very understanding and did an amazing job on my tooth. Only thing I dont like... read more
I’ve had 3 visits and have spent roughly 8 hours waiting on either procedures to be done or just to get seen, I show up on time and yet I wait hours. Your time management has something to be desired. I pay stupid amounts of money after they have checked my coverage, yet I’m sent a bill for hundreds more. Once I get my mouth guard I will not be back. My time in your office costs me money on top of what I already paid you. NO ONE should have to wait 3 hours in any office when you have an appointment.
Too expensive I want a some snap ons
The doctor was mostly concerned about soccer then the patient then the manager stated she would call me to give me my break down which never happened and say less about the staff all unprofessional no care for the patient I do not recommend this clinic as they don’t care for patients all they care about how to milk the insurance and you worst experience ever
Very good service, everyone is super friendly, highly recommended.
