A crown came loose on month long motorcycle trip in Friday night of a holiday weekend. I spent a few hours trying to find a dentist along my route, but finally was able to get an appt with these folks the following Thursday. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and they took great care of me. Everyone was very informative about the process and everything involved. Called first to confirm an appointment for an extraction of a broken tooth. Appointment confirmed and was told they could get me taken care of. Get there, go through the x-ray and exam process just to have a dr tell me about every other issue in my mouth and practically omit the entire reason I was there. Left without any work being done to resolve my pain, and very frastrated that all they tried to do was upsell my initial reason for visiting to 10s of thousands of dollars worth of work I was not interested in. Started charging me additional things after my visit after I paid in full. Did half a cleaning then did another half later bc it was late and charged for both. A few screenshots from AI breaking down the charges…

The experience here was one in 1 million. From the moment I walked in to the completion of my wisdom tooth extraction. I will be back! These folks are super friendly , make you feel comfortable, make sure all your needs are met! I had an awful experience at the Aspen in Madison tn. These folks really turned that around. I will definitely be coming back!
