Keep making an appointment online than the day before being told it is canceled. I thought the first time it was bc I didn’t confirm so this time I confirmed using the email they sent. They called for verbal confirmation of course I work all day with no phone access so that’s not possible which is why I confirmed on the email. Then again got messages sorry your appointment was canceled. I’m not sure how to even get into this place to be seen at this point.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I usually go to the North Myrtle Beach location. But because I moved to Conway and work in Myrtle Beach, it was more convenient to come here. The staff was great but when I got my teeth cleaned I was told that I had "cavities" in all my teeth and needed some treatment. Mind you, I've taken care of my teeth since I was a kid, never had braces. Only one cavity. So for the hygienist to tell me that I had cavities in all my teeth just to get money out of me was just low. So I made ... read more
