I was honestly so nervous but the entire staff (specifically cetta and kat) made the experience so much easier and comfortable. They were patient, kind, and explained every detail to me throughout the procedure, which really helped calm my nerves. Leaving a neutral stared review to be fair it was really the call center who OOFED ★☆☆☆☆ – Waste of time and zero communication I drove 2.5 hours to this location after specifically calling their appointment center ahead of time to confirm they accepted my HIP insurance. The representative on the phone assured me I was good to go. When I walked through the door, the front desk immediately informed me that they do not accept state-funded insurance of any kind.
