First appointment I brought my son and they said he couldn’t go back with me. I understand that’s fine. I rescheduled. Thankfully I called before the second one to ask a billing question because they cancelled my appointment without telling me. Otherwise I would’ve driven 40 minutes to not be seen. Worse place ever and rude receptionist.
Other then being there for 3 hours with nothing but array I felt time wasted I feel they should schedule appointments better
I only went for a basic check-up on my tooth health status. The check-up was very thorough and gave me a clear understanding of my oral health status. Receptionist was nice and facility was clean.
