I got a partial made. They did a very bad job on them. Full of bubbles and they left all the sharp points on the denture. I went back to have them fixed. They smoothed out most of the sharp spots but left the bubbles. So I'm stuck with a partial denture that I paid over 2k for that look like the moons surface, with smoothed out craters.
Recently visited this Aspen Dental for a cleaning and was very impressed with the friendly and efficient service. Everyone was wonderful - would recommend.

The hygienist Andrea made my experience leave a bad taste in my mouth and now i’m no longer returning. I’m not going to list what went down out of embarrassment for not getting up and leaving but If you’re Black this is not the location to go to. Andrea let her indifference towards skin color prevent her from simply doing her job properly and treating people properly. I forgot I was in Mentor I guess lol.
I decided to give this office another chance after they called me back—unfortunately, it was a big mistake. I came in for my regular cleaning and exam, but waited 40 minutes in the lobby because the hygienist was occupied with another patient. During that time, I overheard what sounded like a prolonged sales discussion rather than patient care.
