Why are you close ?
The staff was polite. However, I'm unable to wear my temporary dentures at my place of work because I can't talk with them in...too bulky. So, I just wear a black instead. My only hope is that the real dentures will be thinner so that I can communicate with people again.
Used to be good. Lost their hygienist, Christine who was excellent. New staff process quickly and do a poor job, didn’t feel like my teeth had been cleaned properly. Seemingly it’s my fault that they placed a hot tool against my lips. Poor explanation of treatment plan. I have taken my dental care to another provider based on my last experience.
I would like to start out by apologizing to all the staff at Medford Aspen dental. I just realized that the review I made a while back was not posted and I am very sorry for that. My experience with "everyone" at the Medford office has been Excellent. I came in with a bit of a complicated case. I had started getting dentures in California and had to come back to Oregon in the middle of the procedure.. every person in this office went far and beyond what was expected of them.
