I had a wonderful experience at this dental office in Medford . Dr Chow and assistant Daniel, and Hanna was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I also had an excellent dental cleaning, and the hygienist Ines did a great job. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Jasmine was very friendly and helps me for everything.Great dental care and excellent service!
Dr. Chow and Hanna were extremely helpful and concerning during my recent visit. I have no worries just having cavities filled.
We went for repair of my Mother's broken denture. After filling questionnaire of 10 pages asking every detail, including whether my 90-year-old Mother was pregnant or not, she was directed to get an x-ray. We asked whether they should see the denture first or not, they insisted that first they had to see the bone structure. After the x-ray, a technician checked the denture and called the dentist, who said that they could not repair it, but make new dentures, which would cost us from $1000 to $2000 for each top and bottom pie... read more
