Every time I go in for an appointment it’s the same old song and dance. Receptionist is crabby and not friendly, sit and wait in the waiting room forever to go back, staff running all over telling me they are new and don’t know what they are doing, multiple appointments made when they could have booked it all in one day, UNORGANIZED across the board!!!
