Great friendly staff and professional!! I felt welcome and comfortable!!
Extremely slow process just to end up telling me they couldn’t even do my filling. It felt like the whole appointment was more about trying to sell me other treatments than actually helping with the reason I came in. Honestly, it should be a sales office instead of a dental office.
The only thing good at aspen dental is HEIDI. Now that I have had work at dental associates in Saint Paul, I realize just how bad aspen is. Aspen told me I would have to pull THREE teeth cuz the “roots were dead”. Those teeth didn’t even require a root canal. They were just large cavities. I’m so sad I let them pull one- I’m sure dental associates could have fixed the problem without giving me a hole in my mouth. GO TO DENTAL ASSOCIATES.

Front desk lady doesn’t seem happy to have us… no smile… talking impatiently to the customer… don’t really listen to what the customer needs . Will not be visit again..
