They treat their patients like cattle and then on top of that they try to sell unnecessary treatments to you like a used car salesman. Disgusting! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
For the first time on years I feel like I'm in good hands with Aspen Dental. The staff is helpful, caring and not judgemental!
I scheduled an appointment in late March for a mid-May new patient appointment. They called me two days before my appointment to cancel and said the soonest they could get me in was mid-June. They did the same thing again this month, so now the soonest I can be seen is mid-July. I have 0 faith that they'll see me in July and that I'll get another call asking to reschedule. My husband was seen for a new patient appointment in May and they were able to book him the following week for a follow up cleaning, so it makes no sense ... read more
