This place is unprofessional! I came in for a cavity at 4pm. I was one minute late and they told me the doctor has other patients and had to reschedule after I told them I was going to be couple minutes and asked if I had to reschedule to let’s do it now before I got there. They proceeded on the phone to tell me I was fine. I spoke to Riley. Then, when I get there it’s a different story. The dentist here is good and the staff seems professional but there's been too many times when I needed them for a dental emergency and they came off as not caring and failed to call back or communicate. For instance my child chipped their tooth and I called on a Saturday and left a message with my concern and nobody has followed up and it's now Thursday. The clinical side of my visit was great. The doctor, X-ray technician, and hygienist were all very friendly and did a wonderful job of making me feel at ease. However, everything changed once I spoke to the "financial advisor". The environment immediately became pushy and felt like a used-car sales pitch. I was handed a tablet, told "fill this out," and felt pressured to sign up for payment plans with zero explanation.
