Very happy with my teeth cleaning experience at Aspen Dental. The wait was short, the hygienist was awesome! Great experience for a person who hates to go to dentist…lol!
i would give 0 stars if possible!! they make a lot of claims that are lies. they say there is a denture lab & tech on site.... THAT ISN'T TRUE! they send them to a lab in high point, taking MONTHS to get any denture service. who goes without teeth that long?! they also don't honor appointments you make online, they say you have to call, but they do not answer the phone. they also say they take emergency walk ins, but they do not. they previously tried to give my step daughter ANOTHER x-ray after having a major brain surgery,... read more
Wonderful and friendly staff! Very thorough and informative.
Although, I felt their financial process was less than patient friendly by charging way to much and charge it up front. They had to send my 2 crowns back because they dint fit right. That was understandable and he didnt try to charge me 2ce. But he had another dentist seal them with the cement and 1 came out about a month later. It was on a weekend and I called the emergency holiness. They called me back and told me to come in at 8am Monday. I did and they had no clue I was coming.
