Staff was uncaring & rude. Would not answer simple questions to help me understand their processes or logic. I would rather live with my tooth pain than deal with this Aspen Dental.
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental!! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional and welcoming.The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I really appreciated how attentive and caring they were. would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a dental office where you feel respected, comfortable and well taking care of ❤️🦷

My front tooth (#8) came out and my neighboring tooth (#9) was loose. I called around and ended up at Aspen Dental in Lee's Summit. From the call center and front desk to the dentist, the entire staff's was wonderful. Unfortunately, they do not currently accept my Delta Dental PPO insurance. However, they still assisted me with absolute dignity, kindness, and respect. I highly recommend this office. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last! Happy Smiles. By the way follow up on me less than 24 hours.
