Had a great experience at Aspen Dental with Dr. Chamberlain. Scheduling was easy, I showed up on time and they got me right in. This was honestly the most comfortable dentist visit I’ve ever had. Very professional staff from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Absolutely horrible experience- first appointment i waited an hour and a half tp be seen by the dentist. 2nd appointment- After driving from another city, getting stuck in traffic, and missing the phone call- BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING- they cancelled my appointment as I was pulling into the parking lot- at 1015- the apparent cut off time since appointment time was 10 and then the lady had the nerve to tell me she would be calling the police when I got upset about driving here, losing a day of pay.
