I had a very positive experience with the staff and facility at Aspen Dental in Laveen. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable. I was impressed by how quickly I was brought back for X-rays and my initial check by the hygienist, though getting to see the actual doctor took noticeably longer. My only real complaint is the pricing. I came in for a chipped front tooth and walked out with an overall treatment plan quoted at $13,000 without insurance. That was a significant shock. I have a fear of the dentist but everyone there made me feel calm and they did an excellent job.
Amazing experience today! From the front desk staff to Carlos the X-ray tech, Stephanie the hygienist, the dentist, the assistants, and Daniel, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The whole team made the visit smooth.Truly appreciate the great care and excellent service🙏🏽🫶🏽
