POOR COMMUNICATIONS: I've tried to use Aspen dental in Florida and very poor service, so I didn't return. My granddaughter like them in Latham NY. Here is my problem, I've left several messages and calls for the last three days to just pay a bill. I've received no call back so we can't get a appointment. So I tried this morning to go online with no luck. Tried chat to see what I could do and the virtual assistant quoted "I'm not trained yet so call a different number".
