Attitude can turn potential patients away before they even enter the door. Hey i got an idea-don't answer the phone if you can't answer basic questions. Very unknowledgeable. And rude.
Called up and said hello and gave my name and there was people that were laughing at me in the background and the girl on the phone Sherrie I think paused to collect herself then acted like it didn't happen I felt like I was on speaker phone or these conversations are listened to for amusement by coworkers. Very sad
I believe this is the first time that a dentist has actually listened to my concerns and my fears. Everyone was wonderfully nice and helpful.
The staff got me in quickly, were very friendly and did an excellent job.
