Taylor was very friendly and helpful, the doctor was great, everyone was awesome besides the person who answered the phone this morning. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with kindness. All of the Aspen associates were really nice and each process was explained very thoroughly. I have never enjoyed going to a dentist but I actually enjoyed going to Aspen Dental. And when it came time to sit down and discuss my dental plan and financials, the associate broke all the complicated jargon down into details that were understanding. I will never use Aspen Dental again! Because I wouldn't pay $5,000 for a cleaning procedure they refuse to replace a filling. I went to a very well know dentist and had my cleaning with not problem. The Aspen Dental x-ray tech was rude and it sounded like they were having a “loud” party the entire time I was there. Sad that we can’t have a dental business in town that takes my insurance. I’m a senior and I can’t afford $5,000.
