Timely, professional, helpful and kind!
My visit was an emergency. I booked on line as soon as I had a problem that needed help and was able to make an appt the very next day. I was late owing to traffic snarls; and even though late, they treated me with kindness and professionalism. From the moment I stepped in until I left following assessment and a referral for an endodontist, I was amazed at their office staff, the doctor and the efficiency.
I was honestly a bit hesitant to schedule an appointment at first since I’m not usually a fan of corporate offices (sorry!). But the moment I walked in, that feeling completely changed. The front desk greeted me with a smile, and the dental assistant, hygienist, dentist, and even the finance guy were all so kind and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I’m really glad I decided to give them a chance!
