I’ve been to this branch a few times for emergency reasons and they’ve always been able to help me out. Today was no exception. Not only was I able to get my issues resolved, but the staff went above and beyond in a way that I’ll never be able to explain and I’ll be forever grateful for. I cannot thank them enough and I’ll forever be a patient there.
My husband Ted had an appointment & from check in to check out the staff at the Kingston Office were so nice & very helpful to us. Explained everything in detail as to what they were doing & why. Answered any questions we had & were so very patient during the whole process.
My entire experience with Aspen Dental in Kingston NY was top notch. Right from the start with the answering service who made my appt, the operator was clear, concise, and polite. Then the intake coordinator, Jackie, called to assess my reason for the visit, which was a tooth extraction, and gave me a very detailed explanation of what to expect upon my visit and answered all of my questions with clarity and assurance.
