We got our appointment we got mixed up with somebody else we went to get our prescription and it was not called in it was mixed up I understand why it was mixed up but then we waited an hour after we called them they said it would be ready the prescription was still not called in right my wife has been in a lot of pain for two days still not got her prescription
The Dentist was unenthusiastic about the appointment and spent a very short time actually looking at my teeth. I found this facility through my insurance company and yet and still they claim that I owe a balance when I am allowed a free check up and cleaning. Why? Because they refuse to update their system to the correct dental codes so that my insurance can process the claim. My insurance sent them notices multiple times.
