First timer, and everyone was kind and professional. They were thorough going over my exam, and answered my questions and concerns thoroughly. I am glad I found them!
Went in for my cleaning, equipment failed in the middle of cleaning they had to replace device then the water stopped working after that. Had to find somewhere to rinse my mouth out. After they found me a bottle of water since there were no cups. Afterwards escorted to a chair up front to schedule my next appointment sat there, was told to go around to the other side of desk then was told I’d be scheduled for a procedure which I didn’t know about then told I’d be scheduling for my next cleaning and then was told no I’m good.... read more
Dr Hayes and staff did a great and wonderful job at my dental evaluation today.
This is the easiest dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff are super nice and I’ve always been scared of dental work but they made me comfortable. Also had my partial ready at the end of my visit, did follow up calls and addressed any concerns I had with further dental work. The finance guy was excellent in explaining my options and helped me find the best dental discount insurance out there and saved me thousands.
Walked in this morning Iin Extreme pain. Was seen quickly no judgements. Situation addressed and oral surgeon happened to be there and I was taken care of. I will be making this my go to dentist. BTW have no dental insurance and they helped work with me on a payment plan. Definitely recommend 👌
