Terrible service! I got my teeth cleaned and filled here, 6 months down the line I am still suffering from tooth sensitive as a result of that filling, even after going back to have them fix it. They also gave me a zero balance and weeks later returned to say I have an outstanding balance of over 1k, after making so much trouble, they asked that the bill will be sent back to my insurance , which I kept on following them up with them for an update. The staff was friendly, my teeth got really clean, I was done in a timely manner, and it was affordable! Who could ask for more?
A waste of time. I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I drove 1 hour to be seen only for the “doctor” to glance at my partial denture and say they were not fixable. I say “doctor” only because I have no idea who actually looked at them, I didn’t see anyone besides the dental assistants. But I know they’re going to bill my insurance as if I saw a doctor. I was hesitant to go from the get-go. Staff is nice, doctor seem great. When I got my “plan,” the hygienist, added things that I feel are unnecessary. All I wanna do is get my teeth cleaned and have the tooth fixed that I need to get fixed. My cleaning with insurance was going to cost me $400 in itself with all the extra things they added. I pay almost $2000 a month for insurance. I’m not paying $400 extra for her plan. All I wanted was my cleaning and tooth fixed. What a scam!
