Aspen Dental- Kansas City KS. I recently visited the clinic and was very pleased. Staff was kind and very professional! I wanted to thank Rachelle, Miranda and DR Dinn for there services!!
Great place, I had a rough start with them but they have taken good care of me !! My dentures are awesome now.
This is mainly a review towards whoever runs their call center. Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning for today and when I got there I was told they dont do cleanings without a full exam and xrays. This wouldn't have been a big deal but I dont appreciate being lied to over the phone just to get me in the building. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and I hope they can actually train the people on the phones to not lie to you and waste your time in the future.
The dentist was amazing. I hate going to the dentist and she was all about what was in my best interest financially, emotionally and physically. I highly recommend this office. Thank you all for caring.
