I was not going to leave a review because they are all very nice there but the more I look into their “affordable” cost on their website the more angry I am getting. The problem I have is when I can look online and see their “transparent cost breakdown” of certain procedures and then when I see my cost AFTER insurance is higher on each item than what they listed as average OOP cost on their website. They are very nice and kind, making sure you are comfortable, and not rough.
The entire team at Aspen dental in Joplin is amazing. Greeted with a welcoming smile and polite are not found in alot of places anymore. Kristen the hygienist who did my extensive cleaning was so wonderful in every way. She talked me through each thing she was doing just so I wouldn't be caught off guard while she worked. As most people I hate going to the dentist but the entire team made it a comfortable experience.
