Made a new patient appointment online. They sent an email to confirm the appointment, but the link was no good. I missed their call to confirm, so I called the office back and left a voice-mail confirming my appointment. The next day drove 30 minutes to the office, and they canceled my appointment because they didn't get the voice-mail.
