I was not happy with the service
They got me in quickly as a new patient for a thorough exam and were even able to fit me in for an immediate cleaning since they had a cancellation. Very detailed x Rays and professional manner from everyone involved. When I went back for a filling, the receptionist was kind and respectful and the staff made me feel comfortable. The dentist was gentle, polite to his staff, kept me informed and had a very soft touch which helped me a lot.
I had an appointment scheduled three weeks in advanced and two days prior to my appointment i receive a call saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled. The confirmation link that i was sent did not work so I had ti call back to confirm my appointment. No one answered the phone. I called the call center and the said that i could still come in for my time. I come to my appointment and was denied as they are “short staffed” and needed to reschedule.
