Worst dentist ever! First off I went for my cracked tooth and pain in my mouth. Didn't address anything that I went in for. They took x-rays of my mouth, took very long. Then got taken back to the room. Someone came in to evaluate my gums. Btw I had seen a dentist 6 months ago and they never said their were any concerning problems. But Aspen said I had advanced gum disease..... Then I waited at least an hour for the doctor to come into the room and look at my teeth. Had oral surgery to install two posts in my jaw, the surgeon was very concerned that I was doing ok, great staff, I'm getting a 3 tooth bridge installed
Two separate people clearly didn’t read the chart before speaking to me, it’s disrespectful when they reach to me having fully dentures when they assume I have normal teeth. Having being bullied for so long I hate that reaction. If two separate people didn’t do that then it be a 5 star. Learn better for next time. Read your chart. Know what you’re going into before you do. Makes you look prepared, professional, and not judgy to your customer.
