My daughter and I was treated with so much love and kindness. He was very impressed with the service.
I want to start off by saying that the office experience was great, everyone was friendly and the work was done well. My issue is more so with the billing department, whoever handles the insurance claims. My husband and i have had 2 seperate instances of expensive procedures done at aspen dental and both times they dont know how to read basic insurance explanation of benefits and overcharged us by hundreds of dollars. Dr. Ali is very knowledgeable! The whole staff was very understanding and within no time they accepted me as a new patient and solved my dental issues!! Can't wait to go back and get my other procedures done!
