This place "sees you coming" like a car dealership. I went in for routine check up and teeth cleaning. The dentist talked to me for 5 minutes after my xrays, told me that I had 2 cavities that needed filling, but otherwise, everything was pretty normal. Doctor Dudley is a very nice and pleasant dentist. The Dentist left the exam room and then I was told that i would go to the front so they could go over charges. I was thinking "what?". I had such a great experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist and hygienist were both incredibly kind, gentle and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and answered any questions I had. I had a tooth pulled at this office and the dentist left the root in my gum, saying it was next to my nasal cavity so he would leave the root in but remove the tooth. To say the least, this has been a nightmare. My root split like a open umbrella in my gum that has already closed up and started to pierce through my gums, I had to have a dental surgery from another dentist who had to reopen my gums to remove some of the splintered root, had to have stitches, luckily I trust him and he also told me that this problem could re-o... read more
