I was just there for an initial eval. The tech who took my X-rays (Buchi) was super kind and sweet. I also liked the dentist and hygienist. They were very informative. No one told me their names which was a bit impersonal. I asked Buchi and the business manager did introduce herself.

Staff is very pleasant and friendly. They are good at seeing you quickly. Wait times are fairly long and office seems under-staffed. They definitely want to upsell their services, but a firm no thank you is sufficient. I did not have any services performed during this visit so I will update once I have.

While I understand that this type of dentist is a corporate turn and burn to get as many people through as possible. The fact that they didnt want to listen and just up-sell a deep clean when all i wasted was a simple teeth cleaning is crazy. When asked for it was told they can't do that. If you are a person who needs just the basics and it is not an emergency I would look elsewhere. I want to express what an outstanding dental hygienist Casey is. I have been going to this Aspen Dental for years, the last few years Casey has been my hygienist. This place has been known for staff turnover, fortunately she has stuck around for awhile. She is thorough, professional and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She gives the most thorough cleaning with a lot of attention to detail. She also explains post appointment maintenance I should do to keep my teeth and gums healthy.
