I never made it past the front desk. I had a temporary crown come off and my regular dentist is closed on Friday’s. I called to make an appointment and told the polite lady my situation. I arrived ahead of my scheduled time to fill out paperwork. That’s when I was informed I would have to have X-rays and a complete dental exam and the dentist wouldn’t have time to cement my temporary crown back on and I would have to come back. The young dental assistant demanded I have x-rays although I have a full mouth of dentures. I wanted to get a new upper and I am very aware no x-ray is necessary. Then they billed me for the x-rays since my dental insurance wouldn’t pay them for a frivolous procedure.
I was seen for a normal check up and was told i needed a 4k treatment. Went to another dentist and was told nothing is wrong with my teeth.
