They are such amazing people to deal with. Denitra was amazing and tenitive to my comfort level and explained everything very well. Dr. Hatch was awesome to talk to and listened to my concerns. Heidi was amazing and very down to earth to discuss the financial end of things. Heidi went above and beyond to make me the best deal I could get from them. I would recommend them to anyone for their dental needs!!!
I broke my tooth and decided to go to get it pulled from Aspen and we'll let's just say what a horrible experience. All I wanted was my tooth pulled no x-ray or exam just help make the pain go away. Well let's just say I got x-rays an exam owed money and still have a tooth ache. Now before you all come.on here and say that is procedure. It is not. They work for me I pay them, but instead of helping me with my problem they wanted me to get in their system and a 214 tooth, they told my wife, now went up to $346. They want to p... read more
I liked my first experience I had with them, the assistant that did me for my first time here was Denitra and she was kind with me, kept me informed as to what they were doing what's going on and such. Overall I had a pleasant experience with them and the team.
I like most people dont like going to the Dentist, but Aspen was great, each visit was fairly quick, they listened, we were able to figure what needed to happen as far as paying for the work that needed done. I recommend the team at Aspen Dental
On time and get easy to work with.
