Friendly,and personable! I went in for one thing,and they tried to sell me on financing my whole mouth to be fixed instead of focusing on the primary reason I was there.I am going to get it "all"done but one thing at a time not all at once... and certainly not financed! If that were so,I could put it on my credit card!
