I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I went in specifically because I needed a DD Form 2813, a military dental readiness form, completed as part of my annual military requirements. I explained the purpose of the form to multiple staff members, as well as the dentist. The form is intended to document a dental examination and identify any treatment that may be needed; it is not intended to require that all recommended dental work be completed before the form can be completed. I had a very good experience. The associates there are nice and helping. I'm going back later in September for a tooth extraction. I highly recommend Aspen Dental on 82nd. 👌👍

Best experience ever, I did have a bad experience with the Gresham Once I moved over to happy valley Aspen dental very satisfaction
they are very nice kind and sweet they make you feel very welcomed. Comfortable and very helpful. I just wish I could afford to get my teeth fixed. They do try to really work with you. They are awesome.
