Staff is kind, good advice, but TERRIBLE at calling back. I have been waiting for almost a week for an accurate quote for wisdom teeth. . .
I just got started with treatment so I can't really contribute a lot except that I've had very good treatment so far.
I have always hated going to the dentist but im happy to say that i was very comfortable there and everyone was super nice and not judgmental. Great place to have dental work.
The Dr at happy valley is amazing, gentel, and very talented. He did great work. The staff at happy valley was caring and there were very few hiccups. Gresham has a nice dr. But the staff really dropped the ball helping me. The insurance person was newer, and shared with me she had no website passwords and was calling most insurance companies to verify. Well she didn't and couldn't... So there i sat all weekend in pain. Gave the same info to happy valley and they had no issue. Location is everything
I called Aspen Dental in Happy Valley, OR on Tuesday morning to request a repair for my friends cracked upper dentures. They told me they would need to see my friend before they could repair his dentures, I explained that my friend is a disabled veteran and that he could not come in but that I could bring them in for him. They refused to do the repair. It's unfortunate that a Vietnam War wounded veteran with a Purple Heart and two Silver Stars can't simply get a crack in his dentures repaired by a major national dental chain... read more
