My experience was disappointing, although the people were very friendly... I felt mislead, my denture broke I needed a replacement, I explained from the beginning I had mini pins, they had me come in for an appointment and an X-ray.... which was understandable... I was told they were working on getting what was needed, after a somewhat long wait, I was asked to come back in, another appointment and X-ray, just to be told they near had the very expensive equipment they needed from the start. A total waste of time !!
The wait was rather long. My appointment was at 2:30, didn’t get called back until close to 3. After my x-rays I sat in an exam room for 15 minutes before the dentist came in. Then another 20 minutes for a hygienist. Then went back out to the waiting room again for another 10-15 minutes for someone to go over pricing. Get back to that manager and she says she is having trouble with my insurance eligibility so she can only show me the cash price for now. I had to leave and couldn’t wait around. They were understanding and made me feel comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The awesome lady who walked me through my x-rays was very sweet and wholesome made me feel very comfortable
The X-ray technician Farrah was so sweet. She was very GENTLE and explained everything that she was doing and going to do. She made me feel comfortable. The overall experience was great. Good job to the staff
