I went in for a simple denture repair for a cracked top plate. It turns out they’ve changed their policy to where you have to now book an appointment and see a doctor and if the doctor “approves” the repair, then you have to additionally pay for the repair. Why can I not just get a repair like I’ve done for 11 years now? Every single time I’ve came in I’ve been told “well maybe you should look into getting an entirely new set”, yet repairs have worked perfectly fine. It’s a money grab.
