Called while on the way to the appointment to reschedule it. Said they had a procedure that went longer than expected. They had only been open for 30 minutes! Will not reschedule-I’ll find a new dentist!
Horrible customer service! Twice I’ve had appointments they cancelled. They wait for the last few hours before my appointment to cancel.
This office has the very best staff and doctors. They are very helpful, they have explained in great detail about every step of the process. Morgan the hygienist, very nice and makes a person feel welcome and like they are the only person in the room.......all attention goes to the patient. In short this office is Awesome.
Update: Went to Fayette Mall Dental and they were great. Pulled his tooth with no issues and he is now pain free Poor piss service. My son in law came in to get a tooth pulled as he has been in pain for several days. Called Aspen they said they could pull it. When the doctor came in he told him it was above his pay grade and walk out room said he would be back waited for about 30 minutes, he never returned, leaving him sitting there, confused.
